In the meantime, know that we use only gluten-free grains such as rice, millet, and certified gluten-free oats. We strive to use local ingredients whenever possible to create farm-to-tap brews.
Our taproom and brewery are dedicated gluten-free spaces. To eliminate the chance of cross-contamination during the brewing process, all of our equipment is brand new.
